Our inpatient facility houses 22 clients who receive specialized and personal care from our staff. Our newly remodeled location offers amenities to both our clients and staff.
Positions available:
- Monday-Friday; 11am-7:30 pm
- 1+ weekend rotation per month
- This position is temporary through March 2025, with the potential to move into permanent status.

Job Description:
The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the nursing department and nursing services. The Registered Nurse Supervisor will support the functions of the nursing and medication technicians while providing direct patient care services, including but not limited to admitting clients, rounding, checking vitals, assessing withdrawal symptoms, medication audits, and passing of medications to clients. The Registered Nursing supervisor will document in the electronic medical records in accordance with local policies and procedures, and with standards of state and federal regulations. The Nursing Supervisor will be primarily responsible in supporting the Nursing Manager and/or Program Director in developing the nursing department schedule and ensuring staffing levels are always maintained at safe levels.
Essential Functions:

• Prepare and review medical records, nurses’ notes to evaluate the resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Audit/review charts daily.
• Provide nursing care as ordered by medical providers, care plans, established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and pass medications in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
• Sign, date and perform all charting, record keeping, and care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Supervise and support personnel management of staff including providing real-time coaching and education to nursing staff as needed.
• Practice in accordance with nursing scope and Joint Commission and California Department of Health Care Services regulations.
• Assist interviewing, and on-boarding/training of new nursing department staff.
• Support leadership with chart audits, staffing schedules, and other duties as assigned.
• Communicates with medical providers and the program director to ensure safe patient care and compliance.
• Assists with coordinating care to outside providers, pick up of medications, and after-care plans for clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Licensure:
• Associate’s degree from an accredited University or School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nursing (RN) License in the State of California for 1+ years.
• Current TB Test, CPR/First Aid.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or School of Nursing
- Supervisory experience
- Certified to draw blood.
• Ability to travel to various locations

Salary: $115,200 - $144,000
