Our new outpatient facility (PHP) helps adolescents in the Roseville area.  Designed for adolescents who experience overwhelming symptoms of mental health like anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, or teens who are engaging in unsafe behaviors. We offer teens and their families a safe and welcoming environment to promote healthy life skills, develop resilience, and improve daily functioning.

Position available:

  • Part-time:
    • Monday- Thursday: 2:00pm-7:00pm
  • Full- Time:
    • Monday- Thursday :11:30am-7:30pm

Essential Functions:

  • Performs journey-level professional casework and clinical services with mentally and emotionally disturbed clients
  • Assesses and monitors clients’ behaviors while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency.
  • Works as a team member with other professionals
  • Participates in evaluative and diagnostic staff conferences
  • Conducts individualfamily, and group therapy; interviews clients and relatives
  • Participates in collaborative treatment with representatives of other agencies
  • Prepares verbal, written, and statistical reports
  • Attends conferences, workshops, and training to maintain current awareness of mental health methodologies and issues
  • Operates a personal computer and other office equipment
  • Communicates effectively with others in person and over the telephone
  • Analyze data, interpret directions, procedures and regulations, and develop appropriate responses
  • Perform job duties under stressful conditions
  • May be assigned some lead and special work coordination responsibilities

Education and minimum qualification:

  • Must obtain and maintain a license as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
  • Must possess a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.
  • Have at minimum two-year experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling.
  • Very familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.
  • Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification. 
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License   

  Preferred education and experience:

  • Two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Salary: $82,597 - $135,200 (This salary range is for 40 hours per week) 

The posted pay range is a reasonable estimate that the organization believes in good faith it may pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting.  This pay range is not a promise of a particular wage.  Pay may consider several factors including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, training, hours/shifts worked, business need, and education. Pay ranges may be adjusted in the future depending upon many factors including business needs.
